1. What is the difference between NSS, ACSS and CASS?

  • NSS (Neutral Salt Spray): For conventional corrosion detection of coatings and anti-rust layers.
  • ACSS (Acetic Acid Salt Spray): Used for accelerated testing of decorative electroplated layers such as copper, nickel and chromium.
  • CASS (Copper-Accelerated Salt Spray): High-intensity accelerated test for aluminum anodized parts and heavy-duty protective coatings.

2. What international standards does the chamber comply with?

3. How to prevent the spray nozzle from clogging?

Adopt imported Bernoulli anti-crystallization glass nozzle. Use distilled water to prepare salt solution, clean the nozzle with warm water after each test, and replace consumable nozzles regularly. One spare nozzle is included in the standard package.
