It is equipped with 4 fan jet nozzles with spray angles of 0°, 30°, 60°, 90°, each angle sprays water for 30 seconds, with a total test time of 120 seconds.
  • High-Quality Material & Structure: The chamber body is made of SUS304 stainless steel, with 3mm thick inner tank and 2mm thick outer tank, which is corrosion-resistant, high-temperature resistant and durable. The water tank is also made of SUS304 stainless steel with thermal insulation, ensuring stable water temperature during testing. The spray pipe adopts high-pressure stainless steel hydraulic pipe, and the spray system is composed of Italian high-pressure high-temperature water pump, pressure gauge and solenoid valve for stable performance.
  • Intelligent Control System: Equipped with a self-developed PLC touch screen control system with English operation interface, which can easily set and adjust test parameters such as water temperature, pressure, flow rate, spray time and interval. The automated operation reduces human error and ensures consistent test results across repeated tests. It also has safety protection functions such as leakage protection, water shortage protection, short circuit protection and over-temperature protection.
  • Humanized Design & Customization: The test chamber is equipped with a turntable with adjustable speed (5rpm or 1~10r/min adjustable), which can rotate the sample to ensure uniform spray coverage. The turntable diameter and load can be customized according to customer needs. The water circulation system ensures the recycling of water sources, reducing water consumption and environmental protection. The product dehydration buffer zone is designed to facilitate the treatment of samples after testing.
