The main function of this equipment is to test the physical and other related properties of the products in the environment of simulated rain, such as electronic and electrical products, lamps, electrical cabinets, electrical components, automobiles, motorcycles and their parts and components. Features:
1, IPX12 Waterproof test equipment is applied for workshops,labs.,etc,to proceed with waterproof test of IPX1/IPX2.

3, Rain drop plate lifting: used high grade electronic hoist to control the rain drop plate to lifting gently.
4, Safety:below needle have stainless steel griding shield, protect the operators' head not to touch the needle.
5, Automatic lifting rain drop plate,nozzle at the highest of the test product 200mm will autostop(detection via auto electronic switch).
6, Provided with compressed air drying function,when testing is over will exclude the excess moisture,avoid water scaling blocking the pinhole.(User offer the gas source)
7, Rotary table used stepping motor,speed can set on touch screen controller,reached IPX1 rotate standard requirement:1r/min;auto-complete IPX2 testing requirement:4 sites rain drop 2.5 min.
8, Diltration measure:High precision filter,can filtration the impurity from tap water.Filter element can periodic replacement.
9, Add"remote control"function,user can set parameter: start,stop,clear data etc…on the cellphone and computer.(Need download the relevant software)

1,Material of the external test chamber: made of high quality aluminium alloy,sample turntable made of #304 stainless steel insure not corrosion for long-term use.
2,Water tank made of high corrosion stainless steel;nozzle contact position use brass cone design easy to assemble the water spray needle.
3,Turntable: Made of SUS304# stainless steel.
4,Control System:7 inch touch screen controller+Panasonic PLC
