TT-WFODS ocean depth simulation test machine for IEC 60529: water-injection pressurization simulates 100 m or 120 m immersion depth with ±1 to ±2 m control precision, SUS304 tank, 7-inch touch screen, standard and programmable test modes.
Overview
The TT-WFODS is an ocean depth simulation test machine that verifies the water pressure resistance of electronic and electrical products under IEC 60529. It is used for lamps, electrical cabinets and components, automobiles, motorcycles and their parts, and other products that must survive immersion at defined depths. Pressurization is done by water injection, and pressure is expressed directly in meters of water depth.
Key Features
The tank and flange are made of stainless steel, sealed by a special silicone tetrafluoroethylene sealing ring, and a spare sealing ring is supplied with the machine. A pressure sensor monitors the test pressure and stabilizes it; if the tank exceeds the set pressure, a mechanical safety valve opens and releases pressure automatically, and an emergency stop key depressurizes the tank to 0 m.
The 7-inch true-color touch screen records test status and can display the current pressure and water temperature. Two test modes are available: standard mode, where you set a water pressure value and test time directly, and programmable mode, where 5 test modes can each be divided into 5 consecutive stages with independent working time and pressure values, plus a cycle count. Test time is set in minutes.
