IEC 60529 IPX12 Vertical Rain Waterproof Machine

Overview: The IPX12 waterproof test machine's primary purpose is to evaluate the physical characteristics of various products, including electrical and electronic devices, lamps, electrical cabinets, electrical components, cars, motorcycles, and their parts and components, in a rain-simulated environment. In order to assist product creation, improvement, testing, and factory inspection, the test is conducted to ascertain whether the goods' performance satisfies the requirements. The IPX1-2 Drip Box was created in compliance with IEC60529 clauses 14.2.1 and 14.2.2.

Standard:
In accordance with IEC 60529: 2001 "Degrees of protection provided by enclosures (IP Code)", GB4208-2008 "enclosure protection class (IP code)" 14.2.1,14.2.2 terms and Figure 3 and GB7000.1 "lamps Part I: General Requirements and test "9.2.3 requirements.

Features:
The frame is made of aluminum alloy. Needs to be fixed against the wall. Takes up less space relative to other devices. Requires waterproofing at the test site. Fitted with an independent controller with a touch screen. Equipped with a photoelectric sensing device to allow the drip pan ascend anddescend automatically under control to achieve a spacing of 200 mm from the top ofthe specimen. The turntable with casters is movable. Suitable for testing larger samples. Testing of energized specimens is available. Customizing the dimensions of the drip box and turntable is available. Supports pneumatic drainage.
