The TT-ZD-100 Series Transportation Vibration Tester simulates vibration and impact conditions during road transportation to evaluate packaging durability, product protection, fixing methods, and shipping reliability. Product Overview

The TT-ZD-100 Series Transportation Vibration Tester is designed to simulate the vibration, bumping, collision, and compression that products and packages may experience during road transportation.
With a rotary reciprocating vibration mechanism and variable-frequency speed control, the tester reproduces continuous transportation vibration in a controlled laboratory environment. It is suitable for evaluating packaging durability, product protection performance, fixing methods, and transportation reliability.
The tester can be used for cartons, wooden cases, pallets, consumer products, electronic equipment, automotive components, furniture, ceramics, and other packaged goods.

Transportation Simulation Principle

During road transportation, packages may be exposed to uneven roads, acceleration, braking, uphill and downhill driving, turning, and contact between products and vehicle compartments.
The TT-ZD-100 Series generates continuous rotary vibration to simulate these conditions. After testing, the package and product can be inspected for:
