Compliance is verified by inspection, the test of Clause 21.1, and the application of a force not exceeding 5 N using a 50mm circular stop face test finger that is similar to Test Probe B of IEC 61032, but replaces the non‑circular stop face with a circular stop face with a diameter of 50 mm.The test probe shall be applied to appliances equipped with adjustable mechanisms—such as belt tensioning devices—with these mechanisms adjusted to the most unfavorable position within their travel range. Belts shall be removed if necessary.

Our 50mm Circular Stop Test Finger, also known as GB4706.1 Type B Test Probe with Circular Stop, is a specialized testing tool simulated adult fingers. It is improved based on IEC 61032 Test Probe B, replacing the standard non-circular stop face with a 50mm diameter circular stop, which is specifically designed to meet the requirements of Clause 20.2 and Clause 21.1 of GB4706.1 (Household and Similar Electrical Appliances Safety) and relevant international standards.This test finger is mainly used to verify the anti-electrical shock protection and IP2X protection level of products, ensuring that human fingers cannot touch internal live dangerous parts or potentially hazardous moving parts during use, thus protecting the safety of end users.
